These glow in the dark roses are quite scarce and need to be ordered well in advance. The Dutch keep the recipe of their creation top secret. At Exotic Flowers in Boston, we have found that the glow in the dark roses are a lot like any type of glow in the dark item. They need light to be recharged. If the roses stay dark too long, then they lose their charge and only appear a creamy white.
